Our standard delivery service does not include assembly of furniture. This is your responsibility unless specific delivery requirements are agreed.
Delivery lead time will vary from product to product. Estimated delivery lead time is stated in the description of each product. Therefore, please see the Delivery Tab for details of lead times/delivery information for each product. If you are unsure of a product’s delivery lead time or require further information, please contact us at email@example.com or on 020 8920 1622 prior to placing your order.
|2.2||All dates quoted for delivery of products are approximate only and may be subject to change. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or consequential loss incurred by you or any other person or company howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by us in writing.|
|2.3||Where products have been specifically ordered at your request and we have incurred expense in fulfilling the contractual obligations irrespective of the amount of these expenses the full contract price for the product and all expenses incurred by us is payable by you.|
|2.4||You will accept delivery if products are available earlier than the delivery guide quoted.|
We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Your order will be delivered to the address that you specify when placing your order. Please check the delivery address that appears in the confirmation email you receive after having placed your order. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address, please immediately let us know and provide the correct address. Your order will need to be signed for when it is delivered. Our shipping partner will not leave products at the delivery address or elsewhere without a signature. Please therefore ensure that you or somebody else will be available at your delivery address to sign for your order.
Please note, if we are unable to deliver because of a mistake in the delivery address provided by you to us or because no one is available to sign for your order, we reserve the right to pass on to you any additional shipping charges arising from the failed delivery. Re-delivery charges need to be paid in advance before re-delivery is attempted.
It is your responsibility to ensure that products will fit into the home and that there is sufficient access for our delivery lorry to reach the delivery address.
On delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect and report to us any visible damage/defect to the product. All visible damage should be reported within a reasonable timeframe, which we consider to be within 7 days of delivery. This does not apply to products in our Luxurious & Glorious Department. Please see clause 2.10 below.
For products in our Luxurious & Glorious Department please ensure you inspect all products for damage prior to signing. Signature of receipt by you, your agent or employee constitutes full acceptance of all products in undamaged condition. You are responsible for all shipping and return charges for any shipment that is refused as well as forfeiture of your deposit. The refusal of damaged products in no way relieves you of your responsibility for payment of products. Should visible or concealed damage occur in transit, immediately notify the delivery company with initial notification of intent to file a claim.
Please note failure to report concealed damage within 7 days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Any damage should also be communicated to us within 24 hours of you receiving your order. Photographic evidence of the damages should be sent to us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Full title and ownership to the product remains with us until full payment for the product is received by us.
Risk of loss or damage of a product passes to you upon delivery. This does not apply to products in our Luxurious & Glorious Department as risk for these items passes to you when the products are delivered to the carrier by the manufacturer. All products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. The refusal of damaged products in no way relieves you of responsibility for payment of goods.
|1.1||For all products in our Rustic & Chic Department, if you wish to cancel or change an order please contact us by email at email@example.com or on 020 8920 1622 any time between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order number and date the order was place to hand. If your product has already been delivered then please refer to our returns procedure. Please note this does not apply to products in our Luxurious & Glorious Department. Please see clause 1.2 below regarding cancellation of these products.|
|1.2||Products in our Luxurious & Glorious Department are manufactured upon receipt of the order so no right of cancellation exists for these products.|
Custom orders are non-cancellable.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or terminate relationships at our sole discretion, at which point any monies paid will be returned within forty (40) days.
|2.1||For all products in our Rustic & Chic Department, you have the right to return you order within a period of 7 days starting on the day after the date you receive your order. Before returning any products you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returns Authorisation Number (“RAN”). The RAN must be quoted on paperwork accompanying the product being returned. Products must be returned within 7 days from authorisation. This does not apply to products in our Luxurious & Glorious Department. See clause 2.7 for more details.|
|2.2||We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty products after 7 days. Please note, any unwanted or non-faulty products returned to us within this 7 day period are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original selling price which will be deducted from your refund.|
|2.3||No refund can be given for the original shipping/postage cost of any products which are returned regardless of fault.|
|2.4||Products must be returned ‘as sold’, in the original unused condition and in the original packaging. You must organise the return of products at your own expense and risk.|
|2.5||Upholstery and furniture can only be returned by contacting us on 020 8920 1622 to arrange collection.|
Custom items are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.
Please note clauses 2.1 – 2.5 do not apply to products in our Luxurious & Glorious Department.
|2.7||For products in our Luxurious & Glorious Department, it is within our sole discretion as to whether to accept returns of these products. No returns will be accepted without written consent. Unauthorised returns will be refused at your expense.|
